General Information
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Order Not Received? If the tracking says "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, let us know within 48 hours—we’ll help sort it out.
Cancellations: Changed your mind? You can cancel your order before it’s dispatched. If it’s already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. Refunds for canceled orders (if applicable) will be issued as store credits, which never expire!

We want you to love what you receive! If there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.
When We Can Happily Make It Right:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, send us clear photos within 7 days of delivery at monkart.hello@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll send a free replacement.
- Incorrect Products: Received the wrong item? Oops, that’s on us! Let us know, and we’ll send the correct one your way.
When Returns or Exchanges Aren’t Possible:
- We do not accept returns once an order is placed.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as store credits that never expire and can be used for future purchases on monkart.co.
